Subject: [ADMNOF-L] Biweekly Time Input
Please share the following with staff who deal with Biweekly Time Input for 4R26 covering June 25 through July 8, 2011.
Most employees will have two lines of biweekly time input. The first line is for the time worked in June –Saturday June 25 through Thursday, June 30. The input for this first line of input should be for Week 1 earnings only.
The second line of input is for July 1 through July 8. Hours worked on July 1 should be entered on Week 1 of the second line and hours worked July 2 through July 8 should be entered in Week 2 of the second line.
